Between October 2009 and February 2010, the KOSE bargaining team which consisted of elected KOSE members negotiated the second Master Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the state of Kansas. Bargaining units also negotiated supplemental agreements specific to their job titles.
Please note: In accordance with Article 24, Duration, " ...This agreement shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party provides written notification to the other by July 1 of the calendar year prior to the expiration of its intent to terminate, modify or amend this M.O.A."
At this time, the 2010-2013 MOA is still in place.
