When management is not abiding by the contract and efforts at mediation with your supervisor are not successful, our contract has an outlined grievance procedure.  Stewards at each state facility are knowledgeable about the process and can help members. If your agency isn't listed with a steward, you can contact the KOSE office at 785-354-1174
